Colin E. Flora

Colin Flora has dedicated nearly 15 years to advocating for injury victims throughout Indiana. Since joining Pavlack Law in 2011, he has built a reputation for his methodical approach to personal injury litigation and class action lawsuits.
With significant courtroom experience across state and federal courts, Colin specializes in finding overlooked details that strengthen his clients’ cases. His analytical skills have proven particularly valuable in complex personal injury cases, wrongful death claims, and multi-state class actions where he has helped recover substantial settlements for clients.
Colin’s legal insights have been published in 17 different law journals, making him a recognized authority on Indiana evidentiary practice and civil procedure. Peers frequently consult him on strategic approaches to challenging cases, and his writing has influenced legal practice throughout the state.
Recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star multiple times, Colin combines thorough research with practical litigation skills to develop winning strategies for his clients. His academic background and real-world litigation experience allow him to translate complicated legal concepts into clear explanations that help clients understand their cases.
As a dedicated member of the Indianapolis legal community, Colin volunteers with several pro bono programs, including the Indianapolis Bar Association’s “Ask a Lawyer” initiative, where he has contributed over 200 hours helping people who couldn’t otherwise afford legal assistance.
